Dr. Robert Rivard is a classical pianist with performance degrees from Florida State University where he studied piano with Edward Kilenyi and from Louisiana State University where he studied piano with Milton Hallman. He has spent a lifetime performing and teaching and sharing the joy that classical music can bring.

His recitals have taken him to Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and California. His world premiere recording of piano music by Wilhelm Furtwangler has been warmly received throughout Europe including Germany, France, and England, as well as in Japan, China, South America, Scandinavia, and the US.  

Named an "Artist in the Community" by the Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge, he is an adjunct professor for a college in Missouri, teaching a course in Music Appreciation for its online campus.
